Dear Visitor,
Thank you for coming to my wordpress “website.” My name is Rikki and I have been a photographer since my official training in 2009, but I’ve been attached to a camera since I was 11 years old. My main focus at this time is individual portraiture; currently, I am focusing on headshots for emerging and seasoned professionals.
Every now and then I also get asked to do wedding photography, which I also love. It combines two of my favourite things: special moments and organization. Organization is essential for an event that has a lot of moving parts and a little dose of chaos. If you ask me to be this person for you, you can feel confident that I’ll be capturing every important moment while you simply get to relax and enjoy each second of this magical experience.
About my style
I was trained at Loyalist College in their Photojournalism program. I realized after my first year that the journalism business wasn’t for me and decided to take the skills I had learned and start my own business. Since then, I have worked for a number of families, graduates, professionals, and couples. Although I give some direction in my sessions, my intent is to capture candid moments. I use my photojournalism background, add a dash of artistic flair and the results are natural, effortless, magnificent.
